Routine Property Maintenance

Leaf Removal

Removal of fallen leaves from entire property (turf, beds, hard surfaces). Weekly visits upon request, otherwise 3 visits per season.

Leaf Vacuum Service

Vacuuming leaves from curbside.

General Clean-up

Removing debris, weeding beds, blowing leaves, picking up trash/sticks. Enhances overall appearance of grounds. Frequency can be anywhere from bi-weekly to once per year. Recommended frequency is once per month.

Edge & Mulch

Weeding beds, defining beds and spreading mulch. Standard shredded hardwood mulch is used, however other mulch may be used at customers request.

Pruning Shrubbery

Included as necessary during the season with General Clean-ups / and Edge and Mulch. Client can opt out of trimming.

Gutter Cleaning

Offered 4 times per year or upon request. ONLY in conjunction with the aforementioned services. Not offered as a stand-alone service.
